Privacy Policy

Last modified: August 2026

Bullhorn Media (referred to as “Company,” “us” or “we”) recognizes that your privacy is important.

This Policy discloses the privacy practices for Bullhorn Media’s website (the “Site”), as well as the advertising and marketing services we provide to our clients (the “Services”). It also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you is treated. Please read the information below to learn how your information is handled when you use this Site.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on the Site and by updating the “last modified” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications will constitute your (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) your agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

IMPORTANT: BY USING THIS SITE, YOU GIVE YOUR CONSENT THAT ALL PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU SUBMIT MAY BE PROCESSED BY US IN THE MANNER AND FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

1. Types of Information We Collect

We collect two types of information about visitors to this Site: Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Aggregate Information.

Personally Identifiable Information. This refers to information that identifies who you are. We collect it only when you choose to give it to us, such as when you submit a contact form, book a discovery call, subscribe to something we publish, email us, or call us.

Examples of PII may include your first and last name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, company name, job title, website address, and anything else you choose to tell us about your business.

We do not sell products or accept payment through this Site, and we do not collect credit card or other payment information here.

Aggregate Information. This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about how people arrive at and move through the Site. This may include the web address that referred you to us, which pages you view and for how long, the search term or advertisement you clicked, your browser and device type, your general geographic location, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

2. How We Collect and Use Information

Bullhorn Media does not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it. You may choose to provide PII when you: (a) submit a contact form or request on this Site; (b) schedule a discovery call or other appointment through our booking tool; (c) send us an email, or contact us by telephone or letter; or (d) subscribe to receive articles, guides, or other material we publish.

We use your PII to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a call you have scheduled, deliver information you have requested, and communicate with you about our Services. We also use information about Site activity to understand which of our own marketing efforts are effective, to improve the Site’s content and layout, to diagnose technical problems, and to maintain security. Finally, we may use your PII to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements with you, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We also collect Aggregate Information, and our analytics and advertising providers may collect it on our behalf, as described in Section 3. For example, we may use your IP address to diagnose server problems, administer the Site, and understand the general geography of our audience. Our advertising providers may give us aggregate reports showing how many people saw or clicked our advertisements.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including pixels, tags, and local storage. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that allows a website or its providers to recognize your browser across pages and visits.

We deploy these technologies through a tag management system, and they fall into three categories:

What this means in practice. We are an advertising agency, and we advertise our own business the same way we do for clients. If you visit this Site after clicking one of our advertisements, that visit may be recorded and connected to the advertisement that produced it. After you visit, you may later see advertisements for Bullhorn Media on other websites, in search results, or on social platforms. This is standard remarketing and it does not mean we know who you are as an individual.

We do not sell the information collected through these technologies, and we do not combine it with your PII in order to build a profile of you for sale or transfer to any third party.

Your choices. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent. Some aspects of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies. You can also manage advertising preferences directly with the platforms: Google offers ad settings and a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics, and Meta and LinkedIn each provide advertising preference controls in your account settings on those services.

4. Release of Information

Bullhorn Media will not sell, trade, or rent your PII to others.

We use outside providers to operate this Site and our business, and some of them process information on our behalf (“Service Partners”). These currently include a customer relationship and scheduling platform that powers the forms and booking on this Site, analytics and advertising platforms as described in Section 3, our website host and content delivery provider, and our email provider. Our Service Partners are permitted to use your information only to provide their service to us.

We encourage our Service Partners to adopt and promote strong privacy policies. However, the use of your information by our Service Partners is governed by the respective privacy policies of those providers and is not subject to our control. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Other websites accessible through this Site have their own privacy policies and data collection, use, and disclosure practices. Please consult each site’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate governmental authorities. In such cases, we will disclose PII upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

We may also provide Aggregate Information about Site traffic patterns and related Site information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

5. Updating and Correcting Information

You should have the ability to see and correct the PII you have provided to us. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chris@bullhornmedia.tv and we will take care of it.

Some information may not be able to be deleted, such as records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. It may also be impossible to completely remove your information without some residual copy remaining in routine system backups for a period of time.

6. Your Choices

From time to time we may send you email about our Services, or about articles and guides we have published, if you have asked to receive them or have contacted us about working together. Only Bullhorn Media, or people working on our behalf under confidentiality agreements, will send you these messages.

If you no longer want to hear from us, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can reply and ask us to stop and we will remove you.

You also have choices with respect to cookies and advertising, as described in Section 3.

7. Security of Your Information

We take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of, the information we hold. For example:

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed. As we have no control or ability to monitor the security of your device, you should take measures reasonably available to secure it.

In the event that PII is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Bullhorn Media will promptly notify those persons whose PII has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, by email, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Miscellaneous

This Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site, and by using it you confirm that you are. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose PII about minors.

Please be aware that any information you choose to disclose publicly, including in a comment or on a third-party platform where you have mentioned or contacted us, can be collected and used by others, and may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. Such activities are beyond our control and this Policy does not apply to information you disclose that way.

9. GDPR: European or UK data subjects

As part of our Services, we build and manage advertising campaigns, landing pages, conversion tracking, and reporting for our clients. In doing that work we may process personal data belonging to our clients’ own customers and prospective customers, which may include individuals in the EU or the UK.

For the purposes of the GDPR and the UK GDPR, Bullhorn Media acts as a processor of that personal data. The controller is our client, who decides what is collected and for what purpose.

We only process such personal data in accordance with the instructions of our client and in compliance with our obligations as a processor. That data remains in systems the client owns, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the work the client has engaged us to perform. Where required, we enter into a data processing agreement with our client to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.
