Resonate Leadership Lab empowers organizations by offering leadership development services tailored to healthcare professionals. They provide a range of programs, including courses, coaching, and consulting.

Although the company’s founder had deep experience and connections in the healthcare space – there was minimum awareness and visibility for Resonate in the market as a whole. Bullhorn worked with consulting agency Clarity Guides to develop a LinkedIn lead generation campaign to generate email leads from Resonate’s target audience in order to nurture those leads with email. 

Getting the right offer to the right audience

Our strategy included a unique and high value resource that resonated with the audience. We found our core audience’s pain point was workforce turnover. 

We worked with a third party content team to develop a resource that provides evidence-based strategies to reduce workforce turnover.

 

The offer hit a nerve, and we maintained a 20% conversion rate on our ads, with a cost per lead of $15. 

Senior level leads with work email addresses

A major benefit of using LinkedIn ads is that you’re able to target by industry and seniority. Our target audience was senior level (Director and above) healthcare leaders. We were able to generate 689 email leads in our target audience. 87% of those leads were senior level leaders, with work email addresses.
