Bullhorn Media offers white labeled Google Ads management for the following reduced rates. These are designed to allow full service agencies to mark up services and charge the end client 20-25% of media as a management fee while not having to worry about any of the service delivery and focus on client management.
The definition of “media” is “planned media”, not actual media spent.

Most campaigns will also carry a one-time cost for the initial build. Exceptions are made for campaigns that have a 6 month commitment or longer. Below are one-time build charges.

- Onboarding documents and kickoff call
- Live custom dashboard setup (example)
- Keyword research and development
- Ad copy development
- Website conversion tracking set up (form fills, phone calls, etc..)
- Enhanced Conversion setup
- CRM integration via Zapier
- Hidden form field tracking (so you know which leads came from Google Ads vs organic/direct)
- Auto-populating leads sheet
- Display remarketing campaign – using Responsive Display Ads
What’s Included in Ongoing Management:
- Weekly optimizations
- Monthly reporting via Loom video
- Dedicated US-based account manager
- Email support
- Guaranteed 24-hour response time
- Dashboard maintenance and updates
- Ad copy testing
- Ongoing keyword expansion to grow the account
- Landing page copy and conversion rate consultation (if the page is hosted on the client’s website)
- Landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (only if hosted on our page builder)
What’s Not Included in Ongoing Management:
- Landing page design or development on client-owned website
- On-site multi-variant testing (unless it’s a landing page we have created and own)
- Direct client management (for this reason we won’t be able to communicate directly with your client with a branded email address. All client management is the responsibility of the primary agency)
Landing Page Creation:
At the onsite of a campaign we can create a conversion-focused dedicated landing page for Google Ads campaigns for $1,250.
The following criteria will be in place for landing pages:
- Landing pages must be built on Bullhorn’s HighLevel or UnBounce account. We are unable to build custom pages on a client-owned WordPress, Wix, or other similar site.
- The pricing above covers built-in forms. Any third part forms (Gravity Forms, TypeForm) that require a subscription will need to be paid by the client
- The landing page won’t be transferrable when the client cancels. If the page is hosted on UnBounce we can export the UnBounce file.
