Aaron’s Leak Detection is an established pool leak detection company in Orlando, Florida. 

They were hungry to grow using Google Ads, but they were engaged with a marketing agency that didn’t understand paid advertising, and was running an ill-conceived Google Ads account that was spending money, but was not generating any trackable revenue. 

They called us looking for a better way to approach Google Ads. 

"Set it and forget it" PPC that simply didn't work

Prior to hiring Bullhorn, the previous strategy relied exclusively on “set it and forget it” Smart Campaigns. With no reliable phone tracking and no CRM integration it was impossible to know if clicks were turning into leads, much less paying customers.

They were flying blind, hoping and praying that the ads were working.  

We were able to give ALD a fresh strategy that involved a customized conversion-focused landing page, full CRM integration, and a more intelligent account structure that provided more control. 

Every lead was tagged, logged in their CRM, and followed through the sales process.

Conversion-Focused Landing Page

Part of the Google Ads revamp involved a custom landing page that employed Conversion Rate Optimization best practices. 

Combined with effective keyword and ad management, we were able to produce an impressive 18.4% conversion rate on our landing page.

CRM integration for end-to-end revenue tracking

We used automation tools to link our landing page, phone tracking system, their CRM, and a shared Google Sheet so that we always had a live feed of all incoming leads as well as closed leads. This means the client was always 100% in the loop on all lead activity and sales activity related to Google Ads.

We also published our new customers back to Google as an offline conversion, allowing us to develop a profile of which leads are purchasing and which leads aren’t.
